3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. luxwin reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts and to close accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within thirty (30) minutes, subject to the processing schedules of the originating financial institution.
4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your luxwin account, you confirm that the funds are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. luxwin operates under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and may request supporting documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.2 Verification Requirement. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until identity verification is complete.

6.2 Where a wagering requirement applies to a bonus, the full wagering requirement must be met before any winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn as cash.
